I found K9 advantix II highly ineffective. I used to use frontline and never had a flea problem. I used the K9 advantix and for the first time ever, my dog has fleas. Don’t waste your money on this product

I give my dog k9 advantix every month it helps for only a very short period of time (about a week) then the fleas start reappearing. After only two weeks of applying the medicine i can see fleas crawling all over her. She’s a short hair white chihuahua so they are easy to spot. I also have a cat using advantage and i’m experiencing the same results with him. My little dog only goes outside to go potty and i am worried about her bringing fleas in my house. I thought i could count on this expensive product which is well worth the money IF it works. I don’t understand why it isn’t. What can I do.

This stuff does NOT work worth a damn I recently visited a friend that lives in the country in Alabama, when I returned home I gave my cocker a bath and a haircut. With all the hair gone I found well over a 100 ticks in her. I called the manufacturer, and the lady I talked to thought a 100 was no big deal and asked in a very smart ass attitude well what do you expect us to do! I said absolutely nothing!
Also I left a bad review on petsmart and petco and they didn’t post the review they both hide most of the bad ones so their customers don’t see them, which I find dishonest.In fact I am beginning to believe most reviews on everything are fake. But as far as K9 advantix it DOES NOT WORK!!! Save you money!
